Return Process

Replacement Policy

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Costs
If a return is approved, FACE Fires LLC will cover the shipping costs associated with sending the replacement unit to you. However, any shipping costs incurred when returning the defective or damaged unit to us will be the responsibility of the customer.
