  • All of our units are made to order to maximize our product quality and cost-effectiveness. As a result, orders will start being fulfilled within 1-2 months from the date they were originally placed.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Once units are shipped, the estimated delivery time is within 2 weeks for most locations. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address and other external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs delays, etc.)

  • As each unit is shipped independently, in come cases, different units from the same order may arrive on different days. This is to ensure timely delivery of individual units and to avoid unnecessary delays for your overall order.

  • In zip codes within 50 miles of 94506, FACE Fires LLC may elect to hand-deliver orders to expedite shipping times and reduce overhead. For all other orders, FACE Fires LLC will utilize third-party shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Address Accuracy

  • It is crucial to provide accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process. We will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we only offer shipping within the United States for retail customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
